Our Weekend of Pet Love #Point shoot
This weekend was all about one special person in our family and she is Holly-Rose *cutest dog ever*. We were invited to attend a Pet Blessing service, yes you heard right a Pet Blessing. It was a wonderful way to spend our Sunday. A group of great people on picnic rugs enjoying brunch with their pets. It was all about being thankful for our pets and what they have brought into our lives.
We haven’t had Holly very long, we got her in January, but she is part of our family. Although she is still peeing too many times inside for my liking, and running off with my daughters sippers every chance she can get, she is also very sweet. She is full of cuddles and tolerates my 5 year old son extremely well. He likes to trap her in his room so she can’t escape his boundless love and affection. She works wonders on my 10 year old too. When Aspen is in an emotional mood she calms her down. We do feel blessed to have her and it was nice to acknowledge that.
To be honest she is pretty blessed too. Holly has a charmed life, she is completely spoilt. I mean how many puppies also get their own website? So yes we are a bit nutty when it comes to our little Holly-Rose, but there can never be too much love in this world. (Although Holly may disagree when it comes to a five year old’s affection).
Here are our weekend picks shared via #point shoot

This is adorable. I’ve wanted to attend a pet blessing for my two boys for the last couple of years but It’s always on a weekend where I’m working my part time pet sitting/dog walking job. They have a festival in my town called “BlessFest” and it’s really quite lovely just how many people attend.
🙂
